Recruiter suggests now could be right time to change jobs

The idea that now is not a good time to look for a job has been debunked by recruiting website Monster, which has suggested that there are certain circumstances where leaving a job may be better than staying.
Corinne Mills, HR advisor at the company, said that people may stay at companies that could be in danger just because they are worried.
"Sometimes leaving for a new job can be a less risky option than staying, particularly if you are moving to an organisation with brighter prospects than your current one," she said.
"If you are looking to change careers, research it thoroughly. Are there are any relevant courses? Could you do work experience in your chosen area?"
Research from the recruiter has suggested that 14 per cent of people believe that a perfect job does not exist, with only one in ten believing they are in one.
Anyone thinking of moving into a new job should consider the state of their wardrobe and what it says about them - a new suit, tie and shirt can do wonders for confidence.
