Peter Kay to don men's suits for 2010 Brit Awards

English comedian and actor Peter Kay is set to host next year's Brit Awards, it has been confirmed.
The 36-year-old TV personality is expected to look stylish in a range of formal men's suits as he takes over the role from 2009 hosts James Cordon and Mat Horne, Now reports.
An inside source told the Sun newspaper: "Peter was the clear first choice and everything has now been agreed.
"It is a special Brits because it's the 30th anniversary so we needed a big name. There's no one with a better pedigree or a better style of delivery which appeals to all ages."
The star-studded event will take place on February 16th and will be aired on ITV1.
Kay is best known for hit shows such as Phoenix Nights and Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere.
In 2005, he made number one in the UK singles charts with Tony Christie's track Is This the Way to Amarillo.
