It's not all about outer-self for women's confidence

Two doctors have announced that people are, on average, 20 per cent better looking than they think they are.
Dr Debra Luftman and Dr Eva Ritvo have released a book claiming that many have problems believing they are good looking, as when they look in the mirror they only see their physical selves, and forget how attractive their personality is to other people.
Dr Luftman, speaking to Eva Gizowska of the Daily Mail, said: "The key here is how you feel. True beauty isn't about being physically perfect: it's about maximising your beauty potential.
"When you do this, people will subconsciously want to treat you better."
Being confident in your body, for example at work by wearing a good fitting suit, or out in the evening in an expensive evening dress, can help women feel good about themselves, and therefore have others treat them better.
Dr Ritvo advises looking at four main areas of yourself inner beauty, health, outer beauty and environment, and when all four are in harmony you will likely feel better about yourself.
It is good for women to remember, it's not all about the latest it bag or lowest-cut dress, sometimes it's a radiant smile and a happy disposition that will get the boys heads turning.
